There are a couple of posts out there regarding this issue - some answered some solved but with no answer
I am getting 0x0004005 while trying to capture an image.
This has been done on an Hyper-V 2nd Gen on a Intel NUC and on DELL E6420
Image contains:
Windows 8.1
Office 2013 Pro
Visio 2013
SQL Express 2012
SQL management studio
All updates and patches from Microsoft.
Total Commander
Disregarding weather I try to capture it on a VM or a physical computer I get 0x0004005.
Browsing smsts.log i get Following:

Found several solutions to the errors like, cleaning and editing values in Regedit:
CleanupState:2
GeneralizationState:7
and rearming it.
Accourding to slmgr.vbs /dlv there is 1000 left
Even deleting Extra user accounts in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
and creating a new user.
I have also located some guides regarding the Package Microsoft.WinJS.2.0.Preview.Internal_1.0.9385.3_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe and how to remove it, but none of the guide bring any luck
Some even say that this is a bug and not fixable in: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/e3958e25-f228-41b1-9bd5-edc8c3735730/mdt-deployment-for-windows-8-sysprep-failes-with-generalization-setting?forum=w8itproinstall
Any help is greatly appreciated!
