WinXP to Win7 Migration along with Capture User settings with SCCM 2012

Hi All,

Please help me to migrate WinXP machines to Win7 OS along with capturing user settings and docs using SCCM 2012.

I didnt find anything better in google or videos. Guide me with good helpful docs with screenshots and videos Pls
