Hi,
I am using SCCM 2012 R2 on Windows 2012 R2.
I'm trying to setup a standalone task sequence media. I am doing so with a CD/DVD set setting of Unlimited media size. It creates the ISO just fine at a size around 8GB.
I mount this ISO in a ISO mounting tool, copy paste the contents of the ISO onto a FAT32 formatted USB stick, I boot of this on a workstation with UEFI boot. It starts perfectly fine goes to my Apply Operating System task sequence step and wipes the C: drive, it starts "Appling image 2 from <long line of letters and numbers>" processes for a good 10 min to maybe 80% of the progress bar and then it fails with:
Task Sequence ErrorTask Sequence: My OSD Task Sequence has failed with the error code (0x80004005). For more information, contact your system administrator or helpdesk operator.
My task sequence does not have a Auto Apply Drivers step or aInstall Software Updates step.
The OS I in the Task Sequence is Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise that I captured with all updates as of earlier in March 2014.
Command line support is enabled, but I am not sure where to start looking.
Thanks.
