I have a TS that I have exported to StandAlone Media. As it goes through the task sequence, it installs the OS successfully, Installs that selected drivers successfully and processes the Setup Windows and ConfigMgr task successfully.
This is where it starts to get weird.
IF I do not have the system attached to our enterprise network, when it tries to install its first application, it gets all the way through the installation and parses the information correctly in the DCMAgent and AppEnforce logs, but then it is almost as if it seems it doesnt know what to do and tries to reach out to the MP for policy and then fails with a 80004005
These logs are both from the exact same task sequence, just the first is based on Boot media and the second is StandAlone media. You see how it references the Unknown.

You will see above that I have my return code 0 set to a soft reboot. I have modified the package to return a 3010 still with the same result. I have also tried to configure the Setup Windows and ConfigMgr TS with SMSMP defined and undefined. No good. :(
Now if I hook up the system in question to the Enterprise network during the related cycles above, it is able to get the policy from the MP and proceeds but then it later on fails with a 8007000E, an out of space error. This is 14G standalone Media that runs from 32G USB media and the OS Drive is a 180G SSD so no issues there. I think it may be my variables.dat file and I am trying to reduce the size of it. But I would like to ask WHY is there a 10M limit on the variables.dat file.
Any way, I am calling on my peers to help me out of this one.
