Deploying a separate partition as part of OSD

Hi guys,

Sorry of this is a stupid question. I am wondering if it is at all possible to create a WinPE partition (that I made with WinBuilder) that contains Windows recovery and troubleshooting tools and deploy it as part of OSD. Also is it possible to deploy WinPE image as a separate partition not as part of OSD but as a task sequence of some sort?
