Missing components and apps

Hello everyone ..
i have downloaded windows 8.1 Enterprise from torrents and many of its components are missing .... i cant see any of the tiles in the start menu and also i am not able to change the account info and sign in to my outlook ie microsoft account.

An early help will be gretly appreciated ..
