Can't find TS

Here is something I've not seen before.

I have 2 computers and I PXE boot both of them.   Both connect to 10.10.141.54 and access the same file \smsboot\x64\wdsnbp.com

Machine 1 see's the task sequences.  I choose our TS and the build begins.
Machine 2 does not see any task sequnces and the process fails.

The SMSTS.LOG says:   No assigned task sequence.

how can this happen?  I've rebooted a few times and it keeps happening.
