Pre-Staging Applications for OSD-Can this be done?

Hey everyone got a question and not sure if this is even possible. One of our users asked if it was possible to pre-stage applications for deployment through the Software Center on the workstation and have them redeploy at OSD?

Here is the scenario:

User "Bob" has Windows 7 on his workstation,  He has installed several applications through the software center, but now he wants to put Windows 8.1 on his workstation.  What he wants to do is when he goes home for the day, start the install of Windows 8.1 (WITH USMT) and then reinstall all of the apps on his workstations that he had previously installed through the Software Center. When he returns to work the next day. Windows 8.1 along with all of this apps will be ready to go.

The User does not want to:

1. Setup a task list to do this
2. Setup User Affinity
3. or assign this to collections

So is this even possible?
