Failed to read image property from the source WIM file due to error 80070002

Got ConfigMgr 2012 R2 + MDT 2013 + ADK 8.1 installed on Windows Server 2008 R2. When I try to create an MDT boot image (32-bit) in Configuration Manager, it throws the below error at the end of the wizard. I do get a Background.bmp + winpe.wim file in the destination share but obviously no boot image appears in Configuration Manager > Software Library > Operating Systems > Boot Images for me to use due to the error! Any ideas?
