Unable to create boot image on fresh 2012 r2

Hi,

I have a fresh installation of sccm 2012 r2, I tried to create my first boot image so I've copied from sccm osd to a shared folder. When I tried to import this image I receive the error:

"You cannot import this boot image. Only finalized boot images are supported. For more information press F1." 

On pre req I've instaled ADK 8.1, with 8.0 I received errors on pre check.

Any ideas ?
