I m working to migrate from XP SP3 to Windows 7 using SCCM 2012 R2 CU4 but I have a boot error similar as above. Normally with CU4, XP will be supported by WInPE 5.1 (ADK 8.1). it's a refresh scenario, the task sequence was launched from XP. USMT will use a local store.
