Software shortcuts installed during OSD

Hi

I first tried the Windows General forum but they thought I should poste here instead since the OS and applications are deployed trough SCCM.

I'm experiencing some wierd behavior when trying to delete shortcuts located on %public%\Desktop.

Chrome is installed during SCCM OSD as an application.
After logging on with my userprofile (local admin) and if I try to delete the Chrome shortcut i get this error:"Could not find this item" "This file is no longer located in <userprofile\Desktop>"

It's looking for the file in %userprofile%\Desktop even though the shortcut points to %public%\Desktop

This seems to happen with all applications installed during OSD

And yes, I could just delete it from public desktop but I need this to just work as it normaly would.
We have a lot of non-technical users.

We are using SCCM 2012 R2 SP1
