Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit Install Error

I everybody,

I'm trying to install ADK 8.1 on my SCCM 2012 R2 server but I cannot download from Microsoft the installer package. I tried both offline/online installation with adksetup.exe but I always have the same error when downloading winpe files.

Error Is: "setup cannot locate 690b8ac88bc08254d351654d56805aea.cab" both from internet and locally.

I've found the direct link for the cab:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/9/F/99F5E440-5EB5-4952-9935-B99662C3DF70/adk/Installers/690b8ac88bc08254d351654d56805aea.cab

that is not working.

Any advices? I'm going crazy!!!
