Issue with SCCM 2012 R2 SP1

I'm new on SCCM and I have a little issue :

I followed this tutorial to install SCCM : http://www.gerryhampsoncm.blogspot.ie/2013/02/sccm-2012-sp1-step-by-step-guide.html
But now I can't push any client and I often have issue with the componenet "SMS_DATABASE_NOTIFICATION_MONITOR" that is on status Critical...

Any idea about the issue ?
