SCCM 2012 SP1 PXE / WDS failure

So, the situation is that everything looks to be in place (when we deploy PXE to the DP, WDS gets installed etc) & even when we PXE boot, the client will pull down WDSNBP, but thereafter it fails.

Then F12 produces this:

I've followed the instructions & *believe* I've hit most of the "gotchas" when it comes to the PXE (IP Helpers in place, DHCP options in place, boot images deployed out to PXE etc).

The smspxe.log file also complains about not finding ADK registry key value or something.  Does ADK need to be installed on the DP in question for PXE?

Anything I'm missing or do these errors bring anything to light?
