USMT with ADK 10 - error 9701 Unable to find any version of USMT, unable to perform user state migration.

Hi guys,
So I upgraded my SCCM 2012 to 2012 SP1 and have MDT 2013 with Update 1. I installed ADK 10 and everything works fine until I want to refresh a machine and USMT is involved. I am getting the below and task sequence errors out. Any ideas?

Checking for USMT Files in C:\_SMSTaskSequence\Packages\SMS00171\amd64ztiuserstate
The USMT files in C:\_SMSTaskSequence\Packages\SMS00171\amd64 are not USMT4 or USMT5ztiuserstate
FAILURE ( 9701 ): Unable to find any version of USMT, unable to perform user state migration.ztiuserstate
Unable to create WebService classztiuserstate

Bizzare! No idea what this means, I have created the USMT package directly from the Windows Kits folder where it installed. I am capturing user state for Windows 7 though, could this be it?
