Create Task Sequence Capture Media ... Fails

I try to create Task Sequence Capture Media in SCCM 2012 R2... and "of course" that fails.

I often wonder why even the smallest, easiest tasks have to be erroneous.

This is what the CreateTsMedia.log file tells me:

Well, I wonder what that could be.
