Hello I am having a weird issue. I have SCCM 1511 and I am using the default x64 boot image. I have added all the drivers and if I make a USB boot media and start with it I am able to get an IP address and all works fine (can start task sequence), but if the WinPE is copied down from the server the network is not initialized and the task sequence gives an error. If I hit F8 and do ipconfig I get noting. If I then type wpeutil initializenetwork and hit enter, I get success and then ipconfig returns an ip address and full network availability.
This is an issue where the USB is not the latest boot image so SCCM pulls down the latest and then errors with no network and also on a refresh (started in windows).
Has anyone seen this and have a solution?
