Format Only C drive without formatting other Drives

Hi,

I have taken some steps from google to format only c drive and keeping other drives as it is,Below are the steps I have given.

Disabled format and partition step and then in Apply OS tabIn the drop down option selected logical drive letter stored in the variable then given variable name,after applying TS getting error as 0x80070057 and in smsts.log file i have Process completed with exit code 214942487 msg.

Later i changed that drop down option to specific disk and partition,given options as disk 0,volume number....then it is fomatting but c drive bocome d and the d become c 

Can anyone please help me on this if you have any steps share that link or pdf...
