Windows 10 reinstallation-bitlocker problem

We use SCCM OSD for Windows 10 deployment. Our ZTI task sequence wipes and loads new Windows 10 images without user interruption (except starting the installation). We also use Bitlocker in our environment and all laptops are Bitlocker-enabled.

For existing computers, we start Windows 10 installations from inside existing operating system. In the beginning of task sequence we disable Bitlocker and in the end of it we enable it again. Usually client is Widnows 7 and everything works nice. But if client is already Windows 10 (sometimes we want to reinstall Windows 10 computers) then we'll get error 0xc0210000 after first reboot (Info: A required file couldn't be accessed because your Bitlocker key wasn't loaded correctly.)! At the same time the problematic computers can be reinstalled with PXE install without any problem.

Briefly:

1. We install new W10 with OSD and enable Bitlocker.
2. We can reinstall just created W10 with PXE install.
3. We cannot reinstall just created W10 with OSD installation started from inside operationg system because of Bitlockererror 0xc0210000!

Why can this happen?
