Access Denied when Importing a Driver Package to the OSD\LIB\Drivers

I am getting an Error when trying to import a HP SP driver pack.  The error states

While copying driver files to the target network share, an error occurred: Access to the path\\server\SMS-(mysite)\OSD\LIB' is denied. Please see ConfigMgr and HP Client Integration Kit log files for more details. and it goes on to give the log file location for the HP.

I am the admin user, and have full admin rights to system. However, when even I try to access the OSD\Lib folders,. it too is denied. What could I be missing? I don't see how I can go into edit the permissions, if this is the problem. I have again verified my Full Admin role in the security settings of the console.   This is Confog Mgr 2012 SP1
