Applying settings to default user for Internet explorer

Hi,

I am not sure if this forum would be best to answer me. So I will give it a try.

I need pushing a default web page for Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 81.

1. I will not open the build and capture sequence

2. GPO is not an option.

3. So I need doing it by Scripting.

So with reg.exe

1. Load the default user hive

2. Push the registry key to the default user hive

3. Check manually if the registry keys are appearing in the loaded hive. Yes they are there.

3. Unload the hive.

Now load with another account.

IE settings did not took the new parameters. But Windows will.
