Deploy Selected Updates from Task Sequence SCCM 2012

Hi,

When assign  'Install Software Updates' in a task sequence, you only get 2 chinces

1. Mandatory Software Updates

2. All Software Updates

We would like to install selected software updates (i.e. Office only or selected Windows 7/8/10 only )

What is the best practice/method to install selected software updates in the task sequence?

Any help will be appreciated.
