Patches were recently installed to a group of Windows servers on 7/21 via SCCM, but they were not rebooted when they needed to be and cannot be rebooted until 8/18. I've had a similar situation happen previously, and the server that time was going to force a reboot unless we did it first because so much time had passed with patches installed and no reboot.
Basically, outside of group policy, does Windows execute a forced reboot on servers if patches have been installed for a period of time without rebooting, and if so, how long is that?
Thanks
