SCCM 2012 R2, WSUS related

Hello all,

I have a SCCM 2012 R2 primary site server running on windows server 2012 with WSUS Console installed, and the WSUS server is installed on the other Windows server 2012, (with remote SQL Server).

but, I find a strange issue. In WSUS Console, settings in "Products and Classifications" will be reset to default automaticlly if I reboot thePrimary Site server,

any tips will be appreciated.
