Updating Device Cached LastAdv Time

Receiving the below message in SMSPXE log for particular machine.  

Looking for bootImage C0100001

"Network Not found" is the message after 30 minutes in the workstation. What does the above message in SMSPXE means and what needs to be done to make the PXE boot to work.
