Windows 10 Feature Update 1909 via WSUS/SCCM Issues

Was wondering if anyone had came across the following issue when running Feature Updates (various versions of Windows 10 Enterprise up to 1909).

I am looking at pushing updates out to several thousand devices we have on our network. The few I have tested on have had a patchy sucess rate, where the upgrade will take place but it comes back missing a chunk of its applications (even standard applications like Microsoft Office), although they are in Add/Remove Programs, but have a white folder icon rather than their application icon.

After checking setupact.log I can see where the issue is, but not what is causing it. The following errors are littered through out the devices that do not migrate, and its mentioning Error retrieving reparse data.: The file or directory is not a reparse point. I assume there is something on our client devices causing this but can not pinpoint what it could be?

I've searched both the error message and error code but have come up with nothing. Has anyone ever come across this or know what could be causing it?
