sccm 2012 401- authentication failure with supplied cridentials

Something appears to have been changed on our network but we don't know who did what. We now get the following errors when trying to image a machine (very abbreviated since I cannot copy it)

• 401 - Authentication failure on request with anonymous access retrying with content credentials
• 401 - Authentication failure with supplied credentials
• Send resourceRequest() failed with 0x80190191

Any ideas where we can start looking? This is Windows 2008 R2 server, SQL 2012, SCCM 2012. The issues seems to be similar to http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/d774aa93-ebf9-4693-9480-c02ce13d859f/error-0x80004005-during-osd-application-install?forum=configmanagerosd so I checked and we already are set to HTTP, it completes the Partition and then starts to error out.
