Recently we have this issue, that when te computer makes a reboot after the tasksquence it asks for the bitlocker key, which is saved in our AD-server.
Anyone have any idea why and how to fix this, because after we give the key it still runs the client configuration, before it is completely finished

I am in the process of capturing images for Windows 7 & 10 x64 Enterprise. Our current older Windows 7 image has image index 1 and 2 listed when you look at the task sequence and the OSD can only be run with index 2 selected. It has been explained to me that this is because when captured the user captured a secondary drive partition.

I have been following guide to create a new WIM file:

We do this every 3 months so we're not downloading lots of updates for each Desktop we create.
Bear in mind that we don't have WSUS integrated with SCCM. This is based on another server.
We did this by going into Software Library --> Operating System --> Operating System Images and pointing at the WIM file.
We then went into task Sequences and copied the previous task sequence adapting it to point at our image.
Content distributed and deployed but when we boot through PXE we don't see these updated images.
Any steps on what else we can check or perhaps a particular log file could be checked.

Is it possible to have a UDI wizard where it skips all pages but has the finished summary? Right now I have no UDI wizard so if the task sequence were to fail and you don't see the 15 minute countdown you might not know that it failed.
I tried removing all the panes out of new computer stage but i am left with the wizard with now content and the next and cancel buttons.

We have an environment with a root domain and 10 subdomains. Is there a way to prompt for domain join in a Task Sequence? Ideally it would be great to have a drop down but we could use unique names to link to a domain if required.
As well would it be possible for have a drop down of OU's after the domain is chosen?

I'm running MDT integrated task sequences and recently all of my task sequences are now failing with these two errors:
FAILURE ( 9601 ): ERROR - ZTITatoo state restore task should be running in the full OS, aborting.
Failed to run the action: Tattoo.
DNS zone does not exist. (Error: 00002581; Source: Windows)
It appears like everything completed correctly though. We also just recently disabled IPv6 in our environment because we had a bunch of systems that had become very chatty over IPv6. Can anyone tell me if disabling IPv6 could lead the errors like I'm seeing or maybe something else I might check?

I am trying to install Windows 7 on a Panasonic CF 54. The install goes smoothly until the machine has to reboot. Once it reboots at the end it just goes to the black screen giving the options to boot normally etc. I can't grab the smsts.log files. Its frustrating because it works all the way until it has to reboot. Please let me know if you have seen this. The CF54 is UEFI. Thanks.

Hey, i have integrated mdt into sccm, and i wondered if the same values that you could put in the mdt custom settings will still be supported with sccm integrated with mdt? And do anybody have any resources on whats supported when it comes to the customsettings.ini and sccm, such as the SKIP option?

i need to build an OS deployment task sequence with ConfigMgr 2012 R2 and MDT 2013. my requirement is to be able to join a computer based on its computer name. there are three types of computers. Sales / Marketing and Technical. based on the prefix of the computer name i need to place them on 3 different OUs. Computer Names would be SAL1100, MKT1100 or TEC1100, i would like to refer first three characters of the computer name and the decided on which OU they need to be allocated to.
i would appreciate if someone could tell me how i can do this within my task sequence
I have installed Reporting Service Point Role In SCCM. But i am unable to see any Reports inSCCM>Monitoring>Reporting>Reports.
Any idea to troubleshoot?

My taskSequence had many big app ( Office/Skype and other) and my client have little debit. I manage installation with custom computer variables (so I need network, i can't use offline media ). In my TaskSequence, I don't have operating system, only app. I want to simulate the prestage scenario, with taskquence that use local content instead of content on DP. So I create prestage wim, with an operating system ( I have to ) them I extract "SMS" folder on C:\ ( other file is just for OS ). I start Task sequence, on software center, but TS download all content on DP.
My question is : There is a variable/file on the wim to say " look content on local " ?

I have an issue for OSD in my current organization. Once i have added a registry key RamDiskTFTPBlockSize in my primary server. under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\DP. Post adding this key i have started getting issues for OSD in my environment then i had done some workaround and restored OSD by disabling and enabling DP again. My primary site started working again without issues. But my secondary servers are not restored with OSD. Anyhow i have managed to disable PXE and enable PXE again but of no luck. Any suggestions to mitigate the issue?
